We have recently been instructed by our client, a top 50 law firm in Birmingham, in relation to an opportunity for a NQ+ Solicitor to join their growing Property Litigation team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a junior Property Litigator who is seeking a varied and challenging role.About the roleThis national Property Litigation team is highly regarded in directories and advises on all aspects of property related disputes in both the commercial and residential spheres. The Property Litigation Solicitor will provide advice to a range of Landlords, Tenants and major landowners on broad range of property related issues including high value complex property disputes including advising on restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.About youThe team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Property Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with ideally 0-3 years post qualification experience in Property Litigation. However, this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
