Project PlannerPower Networks, Transmission & Distribution£400 to £450 per day CIS or Umbrella6 months+Solihull, HybridJob Ref: Job Ref: J200026Our client in the biggest utility contractor in the UK and they are part of the Great Grid Upgrade.To be considered you will have:* Full UK driving license * Competent in the following planning software: Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project * Experience of earned value management and NEC contracts. * Change management process. * Experience of working in the energy sector for National Grid advantageous.You will be involved in:Coordination of multidisciplinary deliverables for submission to the client.Input to commercial and programme elements as required.To mentor and train other members of staff.Coordinate internal design, technical, survey and planning teams to help deliver the activities driving Project programme.Input to commercial documentation, including reviews of client briefs or engineering proposals (PROP), Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Compensation Events (CENs), programme and CSR.Engage and manage sub-contractors as required, including obtaining quotes, issuing POs and monitoring costs and deliverables (including peer review).Coordination of multidisciplinary deliverables for submission to the client.Input to commercial and programme elements as required.To mentor and train other members of staff.Coordinate internal design, technical, survey and planning teams to help deliver the activities driving Project programme.Input to commercial documentation, including reviews of client briefs or engineering proposals (PROP), Early Warning Notices (EWNs), Compensation Events (CENs), programme and CSR.Engage and manage sub-contractors as required, including obtaining quotes, issuing POs and monitoring costs and deliverables (including peer review).Would suit a Programmer, Project Planner, Asset Engineer, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Project EngineerTo apply speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have roles in Project Engineering, Site Management, Operations Management, Site Engineering, Design, Health and Safety and ComplianceRequired skills
