Job Description

Senior Planner / Planning Manager / Associate Director (MRTPI)Birmingham or Bristol (Hybrid / Flexible working available)£40,000-£70,000Our client is a fast-growing civil engineering consultancy which specialises in the delivery of major development schemes across the UK. Due to the companys ongoing growth strategy, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a number of experienced planningprofessionals to join this rapidly growing and ambitious organisation.Successful candidates will be exposed to a portfolio of prestigious residential and mixed-use schemes. Depending on experience and specialism, successful candidates can expect for the following responsibilities to be part of the role:

  • Set about the pre-application stage engagement with planning authorities.
  • Appoint and manage external consultants as necessary in order to deliver and maintain necessary consents for client activities.
  • Ensure that designs, reports and applications are completed and submitted with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
  • Adhere to agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and resource planning to the business to ensure the team are able and ready to deliver in all circumstances.
