Job Description

Project Manager – Birmingham /Hybrid – Salary up to £48,000My client is a Global IT Digital Support company, looking to hire a system’ driven Project Manager to support the delivery of digital solutions. The Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery of a variety of client projects and product services(SaaS) projects.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a project through the full lifecycle from inception to implementation.
  • Create drafts, costed plans and documentation of project proposals for medium complexity projects.
  • Support project delivery within an Agile Framework.
  • Provide excellent stakeholder management to external clients.
  • Adhere to best practice project management methodology
  • Ensure vision, scope, goals and deliverables for all projects are clearly defined and communicated.
Key skills and experience:
  • Demonstrable experience supporting projects and developing relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Holds Certification in Prince2 and or AgilePM certifications preferred.
  • Proficient understating of Project management principles, stakeholder communications,
  • Experience with modern tools which aid team collaboration such as SharePoint, Monday, JIRA, DevOps
  • Competent with the use of the M365 office suite
  • Displays effective leadership/ resilience through critical incident response within the project context.
  • Demonstrates experience of delivering technology related projects of various scope and sizes.
