Job Description

Our client is a well-established Estate Agency in Birmingham. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The company run 2 branches and offer the best quality and service in the Birmingham area. They work with landlords,buyers, tenants and student housing. They offer a full Property Management service and are looking for an experienced individual who knows the building trade and can offer experience, as well as a professional approach.As a Project Manager your role will involve:

  • Liaising with Landlords, so a professional manner is essential
  • Speaking to Builders and Contractors to establish a scope of work within the property
  • Contacting electricians, plumbers, decorating services companies - companies whose services will be required to refurbish the properties
  • Budgeting and cutting costs for the landlords, in order to help save money where possible and meet their budgets
  • Supplying a cost of work to the landlords
  • Compiling a list of details within the property that needs refurbishment before the property is Let or put onto the open market
  • Travelling to different properties in the area
To be considered for the Project Manager role you must have:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong experience within the building trade
  • A professional manner
  • Able to speak to people at different levels
  • A full UK driving licence
Working hours:As a Project Manager, youll be required to work full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.Our client is offering the successful Project Manager
  • £30,000 - £40,000 basic
  • Bonus paid on a percentage of completions
