Job Description

With a wide variety of clients across multiple business sectors, every day at OCS is different.We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to join our Programs and Change team. You will support the team with Administration including recruitment, organising meetings, expenses, procurement, updating and creating slide decks and some travel arrangements.Youll also provide project support including planning tasks, action monitoring and logging, document management and supplier meeting notes.Were looking for someone who has great organisations skills, can juggle multiple tasks and has advanced IT Skills.The role is home based, with occasional travel to meetings.What youll be doing

  • Managing the Directors and other senior members diary when co-ordinating meetings with multiple parties
  • Travel, hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Recruitment and Onboarding support
  • Finances (Raise purchase orders, carry out goods receipting, and invoice tracking)
  • Coordinating and supporting monthly Governance reporting
  • Essential meeting notes, track and record closing of actions (e.g., supplier steering committees)
  • Support Strategic Projects with planning, action follow-ups and reporting
  • Support with workshops, meeting setups
  • Power Point presentation enhancements
  • Checking reports and documents
  • Co-ordination management meetings
  • Project Document Management
  • Holiday planning forms and tracking for Director and other senior members as required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Director and other senior members as required.
What youll need
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of general business/administrative processes.
  • Administrative experience and excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in working in a project environment
