Wilmington PLC are looking for new Programme Operations ManagerProgramme Operations ManagerLocation: Fort Dunlop - B24 9FDSalary: £20k to £27k + Discretionary Bonus SchemeTerm: Full Time, PermanentWhy do we want youYou are an Operations Executive or similar and you are looking for a role which will allow you to support our students and partners through our operational processes and quality assurance procedures during their study with us, whether as a qualification or otherwise. You are also extremely customer focused, dilligent with a good eye for detail and you are a strong team player who is confident in the use of a range of operational systems.You will also be able to attend marketing and other promotional events elsewhere in the UK where required.A bit about us.CLT International: We are a professional training, education and qualifications provider for the financial services industry. Our qualifications provide a route to membership of a professional body (STEP) and are globally portable, recognised and respected by employers, regulators and clients across the world.Main Purpose of RoleMain Purpose of the role is to support the team and our customers with all aspects of the operational delivery and efficiency of our operations and programmes from go-live to graduation.You will represent CLTI, STEP and our Partners, keeping in mind that you need to protect the integrity, brand and reputation of all our stakeholders through every engagement with prospective students. For this you will ensure our operational and quality assurance processes are followed in all activities;- Ensuring that our operational delivery to our students and clients is exceptional from the scheduling and communication of tutors, venues, online classrooms and assessments to ensuring the integrity of our assessment delivery, student exam record and graduation record- Supporting students through their time with us with their questions and queries around the operational delivery of our programmes, qualifications and assessments - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our student, CRM, assessment and event record- Working with our commercial team to create feedback and NPS surveys and implementing our strategy- Working with their team to progress and enhance our quality assurance processes and documentation and contribute to our annual reporting cycle- Accurate processing and recording of supplier and client invoices through our financial systems- Maintaining the contract database of our outsource partners and SMEs - You will know about our educational framework and programmes and understand how to support our students through our processes and customer journey.Skills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- Good oral and verbal communication skills- Ability to be consistent in attention to detail and in the manner in which a task is tackled- Patience and well organised as pressure, multi-tasking and the need to regularly meet tight deadlines are critical factors within this role- Being dependable and confident are key characteristics- Enjoys working with and speaking to a range of students and partners to support them through the processes the role is responsible for- A good working knowledge of CRMs and Learning Management Systems"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity" Required skills
