Product & Solutions Support Analyst - Any UK OfficeRole OverviewWe have an excellent opportunity for a Product & Solutions Support Analyst to join our Product & Solutions Delivery team.Our technology led innovations across the firm have given us a leading position and recognisable brand in the market. We have an ambitious programme in place to continue to transform the way we deliver legal services for our clients and the technology productsand solutions we offer to support them. The Product & Solutions Delivery team works with our partners, lawyers and other professionals to design new ways of offering our services utilising technology; taking ideas through to delivery as products and clientfacing solutions or internal solutions to improve and streamline our processes, and then ongoing management and continuous improvement of them.This role has been created to support the Product & Solutions Deliveryteam including responsibility for project/portfolio status reporting, day to day maintenance and ongoing improvements to data, tracking and reporting processes, and outward communicationsto the firm using the teams intranet, Yammer and other mediums. The Product & Solutions Support Analyst will also provide general assistance across Product & Solutions Delivery team members as required, including setting up operational structures, processesand associated activities, documentation and communications.Candidate OverviewThe role is best suited to someone who is very well organised, has a creative and detailed mindset and has a good working understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI and the wider Power Platform.
