Wilmington PLC is a FTSE500 company with over 25 companies in its portfolio offering products and services in the professional healthcare, risk and compliance space.We want you to help take our marketing to the next level. We are looking for someone exceptional who can create successful go-to-market plans as well as craft effective messaging and create amazing content. You will be the voice of the customer and act as a bridge between the marketing, product and sales teams, ensuring brand consistency across the portfolio.The portfolio of products is vast and includes our industry-leading qualifications, membership, events, short form learning, enterprise training and solutions and our new digital hub which focuses heavily on the student experience.This role will give you the opportunity to be part of a sea-change within ICA, using your visionary skills to help redefine our value proposition and new suite of products online.This is both a strategic and tactical role so youll need to be someone who is happy to get involved in everyday marketing such as creating lead generation and nurture campaigns, marketing collateral and working with the rest of the marketing team, reviewing campaign performance and ROI to inform future campaigns.There will be a small team for you to manage so ideally we would like you to have had some people management experience.If this role sounds interesting and you think you could be the kind of hands on person we are looking for, why not submit an application and our recruitment team will get in touch.We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...- Sufficient experience in creating and delivering compelling customer-centric marketing and messaging for existing and new products (experience of working in professional education or the training sector would be beneficial)- An undergraduate degree or professional qualification in marketing (or equivalent)- Outstanding copywriting skills with the ability to tell stories that will resonate with our audience- Excellent visual skills, working closely with our design, product development and sales teams to ensure continuity and consistency of product recognition- Excellent communicator and influencer with external and internal stakeholders at all levels- A self-starter who can balance both strategic planning and tactical delivery as part of a small team"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity" Required skills
