Job Description

An iconic and trusted service provider in Birmingham has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Processing Clerk to undertake. You will be joining a large, friendly and diverse team alongside other Processing Clerks that have recently become a part of the group.The ideal candidate will have an adept skill level in excel, and be no stranger to processing a high volume of invoices. You will be able to take administrative work in your stride, and feel calm and comfortable reconciling statements.Ideally, you will:

  • Have experience processing a high volume of invoices
  • Have proficient knowledge of excel and be able to use pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Be an excellent communicator with people of all levels, face to face and over the phone
  • Feel comfortable and confident in a Processing Clerk role
