My high profile Telecoms client requires a Process Lead to work on a HR Transformation projectDuration - 3 months. Location - Initially remote (Birmingham office once normality resumes with travel to Bristol required)Requirements:* Experience required in applying customer experience, change or business improvement theory into practice in large organisations.* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.* MS Excel for information analysis and producing management information to support recommendations.* MS PowerPoint.* ARIS Connect process design* Process design* Process ALP Silver/Gold Accreditation (desirable)* ARIS Connect process design (to appropriately trained BPMN standards)(desirable)* Experience of designing & implementing process architecture across large complex organisations to standard & quality.* Trained in process approaches such as 6-sigma green belt and business change management.* ITIL Service Management* Customer satisfaction methodologiesIf this is of interest, please respond with your up to date CV and rate/salary expectations.
