I am currently working with a very well known regional law firm who are looking to grow their Private Client department. On offer is a large and supportive team, an excellent work life balance plus great career progression prospects.About the role:As part of this well established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters, engage in business development and supervision of juniors. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salaryand a structured progression path.In this role you will gain exposure to the following workflows;- Manage a caseload of Private Client work including wills, estate, probate, inheritance tax, succession planning, LPAs and Court of Protection - Acting for a broad mix of clients including medium and high net worth individuals - Dealing with very complex private client matters and sensitive issuesAbout you:You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Associate familiar with the full ambit of private client work and a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation.You will be a qualified solicitor and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
