I am currently partnering with a Legal 500 firm in Birmingham who are looking to make a hire into their established Private Client team. On offer is a large team with plenty of good quality work and a commensurate remuneration package.About the role:As part of this well established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a structured progression path.In this role you will gain exposure to the following workflows;- Manage a caseload of Private Client work including estate administration, wills, probate, inheritance tax, succession planning, LPAs and Court of Protection - Act for a broad mix of clients including medium and high net worth individuals - Deal with complex private client matters and sensitive issuesAbout you:You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive familiar with the full ambit of private client work and a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation.You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for therole.
