Location: Solihull/Sutton ColdfieldSalary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 dependent upon experienceMinimum Requirements of the RoleIn order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:Minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling your own caseload of Private client matters;You will undertake a broad range of private client work for individuals, to include estate planning, estate administration, advising on tax and property ownership structures, matters relating to inheritance and capital gains tax, trusts, trust administration,and other related tax and fiduciary work.The RoleThe successful candidate will have a caseload of their own. You will be required to maintain appropriate files to keep up to date with changes and developments in the areas of law within the specialised field of your department and the matters under your controlfrom time to time.
