Job Description

Job Title: Private Client Paralegal/Fee EarnerSalary: £21,000 to £38,000Location: Birmingham (East)Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Private Client Paralegal/Fee Earner. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a thriving Law Firm. To be considered you must have some academic knowledge in Lawor previous experience as a paralegal would be desirable.Candidates Criteria and Requirements:

  • Handling of your own caseload of estate admin and grant applications within the private client position
  • Knowledge of the probate process would be necessary
  • Completing estate tax returns.
  • IT literacy would be necessary as the company use their own in-house case management software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a paralegal role would be beneficial
  • The ability to meet deadlines and have flexibility to help and support the team
  • Attention to detail is key as ensuring all documents and procedures are completed correctly and in a timely manner
