Job Description

Print FinisherLocation: BirminghamSalary: £21,500 to £25,000 (Depending on experience)Working hours: Rotating Double Day Shifts 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - FridayOur clients keep things simple, they print, mail and post.The company make your budget go further and do it quicker than most other print and mailing houses.Due to investment and company growth, our clients are looking for experienced Print Finishers.The RoleDuties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to strict quality procedures
  • Understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators
  • Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
  • Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
  • Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department
Skills Required:
  • Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
  • Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services desirable
  • Computer Literate
  • Experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creaser and knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.
