The RoleThis is an excellent Principal Investigatorrole, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Principal Investigatorwill use knowledge from a related PhDor equivalentindustry experience relating to in vitro pharmacology assays.As the Principal Investigator you will also be responsible forsupporting, developing and guiding a diverse team of scientists whilst driving the business forward in the development of in vitro assays focussing on fluorescence-based techniques.Whats RequiredThe Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
  • A PhD in a relevant subject with a track record of publications or equivalent industry experience
  • A good understanding of in vitro pharmacology assays and strong knowledge of fluorescence-based techniques e.g. , FI, FP, TRF FACS, FRET, and reporter genes.
  • Any experience with comparator radioisotope-labelled and/or label-free would also be advantageous
