Job Description

Energy sector experience is mandatory. Because this pricing analyst role will be the business partner for the commercial sales team to prepare and price complex contracts with significant financial risks.   • To prepare and price bespoke contracts for the commercial sales team.
  • Utilising historical data for future predictions.
  • Modelling of different pricing scenarios.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Liaising with people across the organisation.
  • Dealing with big data sets.

  • Base salary: £28k to £33k
  • WFH 3-4 days per week | Birmingham (B1 - New Street area) 1-2 days.
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.
Skills and experience to be successful
  • Energy sector experience.
  • Knowledge of supply products.
  • Numerical experience.
  • The ability to take data sets, providing insight and recommendations.
  • Excel and/or Power BI.
  • Dealing with stakeholders including the commercial sales function.
The Interview Process
  • 60 minute TEAMS interview with the Pricing Manager & one other.
  • 60 minute face to face meeting with the Commercial Director & one other.
