Job Description

**Press Brake Setter -£11.00 to 12.00 per hour - Aston - Day shift - Temporary-to-permanent contract - MUST have Press Brake experience **Pay £11.00-12.00 per hourHours: Days = Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:30pm and Friday 07:30-15:00pm (37.5hrs per week) Location: Aston - B6Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in the Aston area. The company are leading fabricators of specialist Architectural Metalwork who have developed a highly acclaimed reputation for their manufacturing knowledge, they manufacture and produce a range of bespoke items for their customers.Due to sustained growth they are actively seeking an experienced Sheet-Metal/Press Brake worker to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis!Benefits:

  • Starting pay rate of £11.00-12.00 per hour dependent on candidate experience and skillset.
  • Temporary to permanent position within a reputable and growing company
  • Static day shifts with an early finish on a Friday
    • The Role:
  • Setting and operating press brake machinery
  • Working an Amada Brake Press machine with sheet metal
  • Working with materials such as: stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel
  • Working from technical engineering drawings
    • The Person:
  • The ideal candidate must have worked on any of the following press brakes before: LVD, Bystronic, Trumpf or Edward Pearson; if you have Amada experience this would be an advantage
  • Ideally you will have previously worked within the architectural sector
  • You must confidently be able to both set and operate the press brake machinery
  • You must have previous experience working with aluminum and be able to read and work from engineering drawings
