Are you an enthusiastic, personable individual with attention to detail that would like to get into FMCGBackgroundWe constantly have various POS material that we wish to give for free to customers, across various brands. The warehouse needs to have a dedicated location for each item, and warehouse need to be informed as to where these locations are.POS quickly becomes old (YOLO summer poster), and therefore needs to be removed from the warehouse as it is no longer needed/not in demand.The stock system is often not correct with quantity, so there needs to be a constant check for this.Job DescriptionManage all POS and free samples within the warehouse. Liaise with the marketing team to know what is coming, and plan space for them.Make recommendations on POS that is no longer moving, and once approved by marketing, remove them from the warehouse.Ensure POS is in good condition, and that it is being sent out correctly with orders. (Tubes for posters etc)Run monthly reports for the business, on what POS has been most popular.Liase with Vape Sales team, to ensure they know what POS we have, and what free samples are available to them.Be informed of any brand launches/promotional campaigns, so that he/she can plan the warehouse accordingly.
