Job Description

PMO Lead - Insurance We are currently recruiting for PMO Lead with DevOps / Global Transformation experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract, currently remote working with occasional travel to Birmingham Office.Please note this position is Inside IR35.Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own & maintain processes for governance of this programme (consistent with and aligned to overarching ITPMO processes) incl:
    • Pipeline
    • Change control
    • Financial management
    • Reporting
    • Plan-view
    • Estimating
    • Governance forums (Steering Group etc)
    • RACI logs & management
    • Dependency management
    • Review and sign off of project artefacts
  • On-boarding of project resources & Recruitment support
  • Work closely with the central PMO team
  • Maintain mapping of projects to open audit issues
  • Ensure all project governance is followed including production of governance documentation and adherence to internal quality gates
  • Co-ordination of all resources assigned to projects
  • Scheduling of Governance Forums, production of packs and minute taking as required
Experience/Skills Required:
  • Experience within a Lead PMO role aligned to a major programme of change/transformation
  • Managing large volumes of Projects (15+ Projects & 3 Programmes etc)
  • Insurance / Financial Services Industry Experience
  • Global experience
  • DevOps Background
  • Ability to work in an Agile Environment
