If you are senior-level planning professional keen to charge of our clients Midlands planning services at Director Level, then I would very much like to hear from you!I am supporting a national planning consultancy that is looking to build on existing success in other regions of the UK by utilising existing clients, projects and office space to open up a new office in the West Midlands.The company currently operate in a wide variety of sectors such as Health, Energy & Infrastructure, Education, Town Centre, Retail, Mixed Use, Residential, Office or Strategic Land. You will have the backing of the wider planning team and it is expected you will work closely with the MD to develop the companys presence in a new region, however, naturally as the appointed Director, the impetus will be on you to drive this new area forward.You will be expected to demonstrate the relevant levels of experience in knowledge, experience, management and business winning to be selected for interview.Why make the moveThis role is perfect for an existing Director who wants a new challenge with a respected and successful Consultancy.
