Job Description

eSift are currently on the lookout for an experienced Field Based Professional to join our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products. This is a field based role working within the pharmacy network chain with specific responsibilities for retail implementation, product training, therapy area training and staff development. Salary: £31-34k per annum plus, company bonus, car & more.Territory: Birmingham and surrounding areas Responsible for your own territory and diary management, you will be expected to drive positive business change by working in partnership with pharmacy business owners and the wider team. The in store training and development audience will include the owner,Pharmacist(s), Healthcare Advisors and Retail Counter staff.Ultimately this role is about building best in class business relationships and rapport which will drive better compliance, increase implementation which in turn will lead to increased sales. Sales will in turn come and more knowledgeable recommendations forthe patient at point of purchase or selection. You will also be pivotal in supporting our client achieve their tactical objectives.To be successful in this position you will have/be; * Experienced in dealing with business owners and key decision makers* Excellent interpersonal skills* Able to communicate effectively across all levels within pharmacy teams (decision makers and influencers)* A strong sales process and a structured approach to influencing* Effective time management and journey planning capabilities* Experience in OTC health and beauty and healthcare product selling and detailing would be a huge advantage.* Some knowledge of category management techniques.* Effective presentation skills with good use of a variety of sales aids* Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data, client presentations or market reports to develop a communications action plan* Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and to work to deadlines.* Strong commercial acumen and a good decision makerThis is an opportunity for you to expose your skills to a growing organisation.
