The Role
  • This is not your typical Technicians role where you have a list of jobs to complete in a day and then go home.
  • You will be responsible for organising your day and carrying out treatments. Its varied work that gets you out and about, across Birmingham postcode areas.
  • You will also take calls, talk to customers, price work and book in your jobs.
  • Experience in any of the following would be an advantage: Dealing with Customers, Sales, Problem Solving, minor DIY, Working with Wildlife.
  • You will receive a program of initial training, followed by ongoing training and excellent backup/technical support from our team of experts.
  • Once you have gained the appropriate experience, we will train you to take your RSPH L2 Award in Pest Management.
  • We will provide you with a company van, iPhone, work clothes and all the tools & equipment needed.
  • Your hours will be fairly flexible with some early starts and late finishes. We strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
  • This role has prospects and room for personal growth. As the company continues to grow, you may be responsible for other employees.
  • We offer a competitive salary plus commission will be paid for contract work you develop/retain.
