We are committed to achieving high standards of quality in all that we do.Position: Personal Wellbeing Manager (Family & Relationships)Location: Birmingham City CentreContract type: PermanentHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary: £27,000 per annumBenefits: CompetitiveClosing date for applications: 31st May, 2021Interview date: W/C 31/05/2021About the role:The Personal Wellbeing Manager (Family & Relationships) provides line management to Personal Wellbeing Advisors (Family & Relationships) and oversight of Pact Futures service delivery across their region. The team will be located in:

  • Kitts Green
  • Wolverhampton
  • Sandwell
  • Stoke-on-Trent
  • Stafford
  • Coventry and Leamington Spa with some travel to Rugby and Stratford when required Coventry
  • The Personal Wellbeing Manager (Family & Relationships) is also case carrying (approx. 26 hours per week in Central Birmingham) and is responsible for delivering personal wellbeing services focused around supporting Service Users to develop, maintain and enhance positive relationships with their family and loved ones.One -to-one support will be core to service delivery, building trust and undertaking activities and interventions that are best delivered face to face. The Personal Wellbeing Manager also delivers group sessions and workshops to support service users to address wellbeing needs and develop wellbeing skills.The Personal Wellbeing Manager is responsible for managing personal and team performance against service delivery targets and supporting the delivery of information to evidence delivery and outcomes. Partnership delivery will be key, working with other Personal Wellbeing Advisors and Mentors; National Probation Service (NPS) Responsible Officers and community services to support desistance from offending. Team working across a multi-disciplinary and multi-organisational team will be an essential part of the role.Expectations of travel:Based in Birmingham Central, the Manager will be expected to travel throughout their region to fulfill their management responsibilities. We have a number of office locations across both contract package areas to cover. Our expectation for delivery locations is as outlined above however we are still awaiting finalised information from Ingeus around the exact number of days staff are required at each office.About you:As a key member of our values-led charity, you will be motivated to support people to turn their lives around. With a background in supporting people who have multiple and complex needs you will have the skills to engage sensitively with people about an area of their lives that is often the most important, their family. Ideally with experience of family work, you will understand the impact of criminality of family relationships.
