Job Description

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensureMazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business. Job Purpose Reporting into the Performance & Culture Manager you will be involved in providing a planned and effective approach to a range of projects, development initiatives and interventions linked to performance, engagement, and culture.This is a newly formed role, and there is scope for you to grow within any area of the role. We operate in a hybrid environment, where time in the office is for team collaboration.Role & Responsibilities Culture and Employee Engagement You will support building our approach to culture and be actively involved in our employee engagement programme.

  • You will be responsible for executing our engagement and culture measurementplan
  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating and preparing culture programmecollateral
Continuous Performance Conversations You willchampion continuous performance, development and feedback conversations and help to embedacross the business.
  • You will be responsible for producing material and tools forperformance, development and feedbackconversations
  • You will support managers and team members in making the most of our capability frameworks
  • You will be responsible for providing guidance and updates on monitoring stepsof our performance process
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Do you have experience operating in HR / Organisational Development related rolesAre you an good communicator and influencer who takes the time to truly understand key stakeholdersAre you interested in designing and delivering blended content around performance and and developmentDo you have a curiosity around technology, creativity and innovationCan you work with a degree of autonomyAre you looking to develop professionallyAre you a positive individual who wants to be part of our People & Culture teamCan you demonstrate behaviour consistent with Mazars valuesIf you said yes to all the above we are ideally looking for someone with:
  • Experience in at least one area of responsibility - supporting engagement, performance or culture
  • Sound data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of the tools and techniques needed to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven presentation skills, able to create content that captures an audiences attention
  • Ability to occasionally travel to alternative office locations, if required.
  • Prior involvement of whole organisation employee opinions , feedback campaigns or surveys (advantageous).
