Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are working in partnership with an NHS Trust organisation based in the Midlands that requires a experienced People Business Partner for a 3-month interim placement with an immediate start.This is a fantastic opportunity to delivera professional and strategic business partnering service assigned to a designated portfolio of clinical and central support areas.The Business Partner will be given the opportunity to work with team managers andkey stakeholders to help build local services and people capability - as well as implementing and shaping effective people strategies.This post offers the potential to develop a robust and in-depth understanding of your workforce and to contribute to thedelivery of the People Strategy and Planning.This post offers hybrid working, with only 2-3 days required on-site.£25-£35 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate)Key experience;

  • Experience providing expert Human Resources advice on a wide range of employment relations and litigation matters
  • Substantial experience at senior levels across a range of HR specialisms, including working understanding of Organisational Development, Change Management, and TUPE
  • Technical HR knowledge of workforce planning, NHS initiatives, and employment law
  • The ability to analyse data and develop transformational OD solutions to address trends
  • Experience developing and delivering management training and presentations
  • CIPD Membership / Educated to Masters levelor equivalent experience
Key responsibilities;
  • Provide leadership to the designated service area by championing Trust values, behaviours, and competencies, and in acting as professional role model, critical friend and ambassador for the Trust
  • To work as part of the service management team in setting and implementing business targets and to develop the workforce strategy for that area, whilst ensuring it is compatible with Trust-wide workforce plans
  • To provide a proactive, value adding service which will include planning and supporting the implementation of major change programs
  • Developing People plans to support recruitment and retention, performance management, and succession planning for future developments to ensure sustainability
