Working as part of the People Services Team, you will help to deliver professional advice and solutions across the organisation in line with our strategic objectives.Your duties will include: - Managing complex cases, up to and including employment tribunals, in areas such as absence management, conduct and performance - Coaching managers at all levels to develop their people management capabilities - Helping to create a culture of continuous improvement, both in People Services and across the Commission - Supporting the implementation of change initiatives - Interpreting and presenting people-related data About YouTo join us as a People Advisor, you will need: - Generalist HR experience - Experience of using people data to identify trends and agree on actions to address areas of concern- The ability to identify improvements to provide information and guidance through self-service resources- The ability to analyse and understand complex casework and swiftly identify well-reasoned and pragmatic recommendations on how to proceed A CIPD qualification would be beneficial to your application.
