  • Being the main point of contact for your allocated clients and being responsible for the day-to-day administration services provided within Group Personal Pensions.
  • Supporting clients, consultants and other third parties with new, complex, or challenging casework and technical referrals.
  • Helping to develop the capability of the team by continually improving quality and efficiency and spotting opportunities to do so. Helping identify and implement improvements.
  • Ensuring service level agreements are consistently met for clients
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer experience
  • Completing targeted work to deadlines and required level of accuracy
  • Reviewing analysis and trends highlighted, preparing for meetings, producing ad hoc quality reports and ad hoc project work
  • Providing support and technical performance feedback to consultants and clients
We are looking for Pensions Administrators who have the following skills and experience:
  • Good understanding of current Pensions Legislation and experience of working in a Pensions Administration role
  • Able to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experience
  • Manage your own workload and able to analyse performance, understanding your strengths, development areas and streamline to continually improve customer experience.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy managing a varied workload, prioritising effectively.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, able to adapt to different IT systems.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can explain things clearly to people.
  • Enjoy working and collaborating as part of a friendly, professional Team
  • Comfortable using numerical data and working to deadlines and targets.
  • CII qualifications or working towards them would be highly desirable
  • Have the right to work in the UK
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 09.00 -17:00 with no weekends or Bank Holidays.
