The Pension Client Service Manger will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional client service through the cultivation and management of client relationships, managing the seamless delivery of high quality services to our clients on time and within budget, across pension administration. Participating in client meetings, presenting and leading on Administration Service and Issues. You will have the opportunity at meetings to answer clients questions and be involved in discussionsA key focus at this role level is being responsible for the delivery of high quality work to our clients on time, and on budget. You will need to be able to manage expectations of both colleagues and clients to achieve this. Client queries will be dealt withaccurately and within acceptable timescales, either by answering them yourself or by forwarding them to an appropriate colleague. Where you need to pass queries to a more experienced colleague, you will be able to use their involvement/support as a learning opportunityEnsuring the Aon Client Promise methodology is applied in all client interactions.Working with internal teams to manage service delivery, where issues arise, owning and managing the plan to conclusion.
