Monarch Education are currently looking for enthusiastic PE Teachers to lead, inspire, encourage and deliver classes of Key stage 3 & 4 students in a variety of sports in accordance with National Curriculum requirements.To be successful in this role you must: Teacher Qualification (QTS); Bachelor of Education/PGCE or equivalent teaching degree. Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum within the past two years is crucial. Able to establish constructive and positive relationships with your pupils. Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work with a positive outlook in Education. An understanding of a variety of sports and can demonstrate key skills. Recent classroom-based references and valid DBSAs a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and focusing on specific sports and building progression into practical drills. Understanding a variety of sports and being able to accurately relay, knowledge, skills and rules. Consistently providing support and encouragement to aid students progression and motivate individuals. Working within small to large groups and being a leader to students. Adapting your approaching to suit individuals learning capabilitys and competency.
