Haig&Co have partnered with this thriving and growing digital business to find them a superstar talent in the form of a Part-Time Financial Controller. The Role This is a genuine opportunity for a senior management accountant or financial accountant who has had experience with implementing processes and change or a Financial Controller or Finance Manager looking for a new challenge whilst working in a flexible/remote/part-time context. The PersonOur client is experiencing growth despite the current economic situation and also are quite active in acquisitions and the integration of new businesses. As a result, my client requires a self-starting, highly analytical and driven Part-Time Financial Controller who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on in implementing new, and improving current financial processes and systems whilst also running a small Finance function. You will have a flair for numbers and motivated by building financial processes from the ground up. You will be a strategic planner and aid my client to maintain positive revenue and financial growth through accurate reporting, implementing proper internal controls and developing robust financial plans that support the strategy of the business. You will ideally be qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA/CGMA) and possess suitable career experiences. You will manage a team of 2 accountants and ledger staff and also have responsibility for 3rd party relationships such as legal, audit and banking. The RewardThere is total flexibility in terms of WFH and flexi hours for this role. Its anticipated that this role requires 2 to 3 days of work per week and we have on offer a pro ratad salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum.
