Job Description

My client is a global firm with an outstanding industry reputation. An opportunity has become available for a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will be working 4 days per week (flexibility on days). This role is ideal for anyone looking to progress towards HR BP level.This role will entail supporting the Senior HR BP team in the definition and delivery of HR Strategy in line with the people strategy for your allocated region. The role will entail acting as a business partner to managers and leaders within the business. You will be exploring and challenging team structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.This varied role will entail:

  • Influencing and being part of project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives
  • Challenging existing HR ways of working to ensure efficiency.
  • Supporting the business to manage and drive change using change management tools and processes
  • Coaching leaders on HR issues but also business decisions and direction.
  • Reporting, measuring, and analysing on HR Issues
  • Influencing reward decisions ensuring compliance with the company approach and ensuring fairness and consistency in decision making.
  • Understanding the international issues for each business area and supporting areas such as mobility, performance management and repatriation.
  • Championing the learning agenda within teams working with leaders to develop talent and succession plans.
  • Managing the vacancy approval and supporting the recruitment process in addition to the onboarding
  • Applicants will have solid Senior HR advisory experience ideally within a large complex organisation. You will have knowledge of ER and L & D with good exposure to organisational development and change. The ability to report and analyse data is also important in this role. Also, you will have a "coaching" and "motivational" style to influence change.
