EXPERIENCED PARAPLANNER Our client is a major national IFA company, with offices nationwide.Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner.The key purpose of the role is to assist one or more Private Client Advisers in the delivery of advice and ongoing services to prospective, new and existing clients. They may also support the Medical Advisers. The role holder will be responsible for researching,analysing and compiling Financial Planning reports, in conjunction with the Advisers, ensuring compliance with Business Quality Standards at all times.Candidate requirements:Essential - Educated to A Level or equivalent. Working toward the Level 4 Diploma. A good knowledge of regulatory requirements.Preferred - Educated to degree level or equivalent. Level 4 Diploma qualified.Other requirements:A minimum of 12 months experience within a Paraplanning role.Experience of working within a high-pressure environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skillsExcellent personal organisational and administrative planning skillsHighly numerateExcellent attention to detailProven ability to work on own initiativeThe ability to work well within a team environment and build effective working relationships both internally and externallyGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAccurate keyboard skillsAn eagerness to continuously learn and develop skills and knowledgeDrive and motivation to deliver business targets and a willingness to work hardIn return, there is a salary on offer in the range of £32000 to £36000, depending on experience and qualifications. There is also a range of other benefits on offer.All Paraplanner roles will adopt a hybrid working environment after passing the 6 month probation period.
