An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to join a large, forward thinking third sector organisation!This is a hybrid opportunity which is normal office hours and offering between 28-33k dependant on experience!The responsibilities for this role would include high quality administration and PA duties to support to the Senior Leadership Team and would include:- Providing diary management on a 1:1 basis- Organising, facilitating and booking meetings and venues- Preparing, distributing and proofreading reports, agendas and board reports- Accurate minute and note taking in meetings- Undertaking research when necessary- Liaising with the facilities team when necessary- Travel and accommodation booking- Any other duties requiredThe candidate needs to be able to work collaboratively and effectively, have a can-do attitude, a flexible approach and excellent organisational skills!The candidate will need to have strong minute taking skills, proficient skills in Microsoft office programmes and experience working as a PA/EA or similar previously!If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
