We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading domiciliary and live-in care provider, within an Operations Manager role.You will support growth through the successful implementation of the business model by driving:• Operational efficiencies • Embedding of processes and systems • Identification of process and system improvements • Supporting Key Players with operational best practice through workshops and peer settings, and through training on all aspects of the model including networking, use of systems, scheduling, recruitmentDuties Include:• Being immersed in all operational aspects of the offices on an ongoing basis and being fully competent in utilising operational systems • Working with head office colleagues to ensure that training, system development and wider support reflects the operational reality of the network. • Implementing and improving operational excellence and ensuring high quality operational delivery which returns value to the business in commercial results and customer satisfaction. • identifying and sharing best practice • embedding new services (Healthcare at Home, Live In care, nailcare) - including operational processes and systems • standardising the Care Professional onboarding and retention experience through the implementation of best practice • Supporting Key Player onboarding and development • Working with offices to optimise the use of operational systems including by delivering systems training where relevant. • Providing intensive troubleshooting’ support to an office where significant issues have been identified around systems usage. • Participate where appropriate in workshops and events. • To always uphold and promote the core values of the company • Keep abreast of wider market developments in the home care sector and the competitive environment.What we need:• Level 5 or equivalent (or working towards) in Health & Social Care • Three years of care management experience ideally in a domiciliary setting • Designing and implementing operational processes • Identifying process improvements • Must possess a valid driver’s license.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills in real world situations • Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver on goals and deadlines. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Ability to learn and master a range of operational software systems across different business functions. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Excellent active listening and presentation skills • Resilient when dealing with challengesThe package for the role is negotiable on experience but we envisage the package will be between £40,000 - £50,000If you have the right experience please apply immediately to be considered for this fabulous vacancy.
