Your opportunityAs Operations Advisor you will play an instrumental part in the Services Procurement team and its success.The SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement (SP) module has recently launched to some areas of the UK member firm. The tool has been mobilized to manage and automate the engagement of 3rd party suppliers supplying human capital to Deloitte under a statementof work (SoW) arrangement. The SP module acts as the backbone to the newly formed SP Operational Delivery team which is in place to support the end to end lifecycle of engaging suppliers in the manner outlined.Over the course of the next 9-12 months, the SP module deployment will continue across the rest of the UK firm, until all engagements of this type are contained within the module. The role of the Operations Advisor is critical as we grow the team to handlethe increasing demand.Your role is to deliver all day-to-day operational activities that support the roll out and adoption of the services procurement module to the firm.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will primarily provide structured operational support throughout the full lifecycle of engaging suppliers on an SoW, and will also contribute to activities undertaken to support the deployment phases of the module.We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. • Have ownership for specific business areas within the firm, building relationships with stakeholders and becoming an SME for Services Procurement and your business areas
• Work with the business, suppliers, and Systems Admin team to onboard new suppliers into the tool
• Supporting suppliers to navigate the tool, help resolve issues including but not limited to, technology and invoicing
• Systems training for stakeholders and suppliers
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for the business
• Supporting the business to adopt and use the tool
• Responsible for overall data integrity which will involve internal auditing
• Acting as the escalation point for offshore operations queries (this will be queries from the administrator)
• Working with the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement activities to support the wider operating model/user experience
• Working in close collaboration with the Operations Manager to pro-actively identify value-add tactical procurement initiatives
• Working in close collaboration to support the Operations Manager & CoRe Procurement Category Managers to design, build and execute a strategic Procurement delivery plan, focused on, savings, quality, and ongoing value return
• Work with the Systems Admin team to manage updates to all SP materials (User guides, operations manual, process flows)
• Helping to implement BAU activities such as satisfaction surveys
• Supporting change management activities driven by the continued roll out of SP

• Excellent attention to detail
• A demonstrated track record of undertaking problem solving to always deliver
• Experience delivering and analyzing reporting / MI production within a professional environment
• Working knowledge of recruitment systems (SAP FG / VMS), HRIS and finance systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with current IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Supply chain management experience
