Job Description

My client is an international logistics service provider. An opportunity has arisen for an Operational Service Delivery Account Manager to join their team due to growth.This is a very hands-on role that is high pressured requiring someone who can really think on their feet and manage volume in a fast-paced environment.Based in the office working in a team environment you will be managing a designated customer portfolio. You will:

  • Manage the Customer relationship and all contractual service delivery
  • Ensuring all service levels are exceeded and recognise and implement improvements where required
  • Manage the contractual KPIs including financials, volume and service delivery
  • Undertaking monthly client reporting and presentations through analysing data
  • Forecasting and cost efficiency
  • Keeping up to date with market changes and trends that may affect service levels or changes in industry conditions.
