Registered Manager - Childrens Residential Home (EBD) - West Bromwich, Birmingham - up to 50K + BenefitsHamptons Resourcing are proud to be working exclusively with a Specialist Childrens Residential Service provider to help them source a Registered Manager to oversee the running of a 3 bed (EBD) Childrens Home in West Bromwich, Birmingham. The homehas full occupancy, is adequately staffed, and currently holds an Ofsted "good" rating in all areas. Our client has a vision of improving life for children around the UK and has a fantastic ethos in providing and delivering the very best of care to give theChildren the most amazing opportunities to help them achieve their goals. This is a challenging yet greatly rewarding role for a highly experienced Registered Manager and offers fantastic incentives to support the role.The Company we are working with offer warm and friendly childcare for Children with Emotional Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours. This post is key to the culture of the Childrens Homes and is essential to the quality and care the company provides forthe children to reach their full potential. The Manager will be expected to play a hands-on role with the children and extend your support and guidance to a dedicated team.You will have a great support network and further training opportunities available. Our client aims to provide and deliver nothing but the very best professional care with quality being the focus and would want you to be part of the innovative developmentstaking place on a regular basis.Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for delivering childcare that is focussed on obtaining the greatest of outcomes for each child within the Home. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and pro-active mindset with a positive attitude and can lead the teamto form strong and supportive relationships with the parents, children, and colleagues. This involves being personally available, as well as the supervision and mentoring of staff, organisation of work patterns, and facilitation of care focussed training,and accessing of appropriate services to support the childcare.Skills & Experience (Essential)
