Job Description

This is a superb opportunity to join a household brand business as part of their expanding Technology function. You will take ownership of supporting a range of applications, with a central focus on the Microsoft Office365 suite.Client Details

Description
  • As the Office365 Administrator, you will join a talented in-house IT Service division, and take ownership of support of the Office365 suite of applications.
  • You will troubleshoot end-user issues, ideally through to resolution, whilst also partnering closely with external 3rd party suppliers in areas such as bug fixes, system upgrades and enhancements.
  • As the role is both technical in elements, and service-oriented, you will be proficient in technical support of Microsoft applications at a 2nd/3rd Line level, whilst also having strong Service Delivery ability.
  • The role will initially work on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract basis, but will likely evolve in to a permanent position, should you be interested, which you most certainly will be!
  • You will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues on a regular basis at the company HQ in central Birmingham. As a result, we are looking for applicants locally based in the West Midlands.
ProfileIn order to be successful for this position, you will be experienced at a 2nd/3rd Line level with some of the following technologies:
  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • PowerApps
  • ITIL
Job OfferAs the successful candidate, you will be rewarded with:
  • Starting Salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
