Job Description

Job title: Office/Admin Team LeaderContract Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £25k to £30k depending on experienceHours: 40 hours per week, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to FridayLocation: BirminghamServoca Nursing and Care and Firstpoint Healthcare are growing healthcare recruitment businesses affiliated to the Servoca Group, with branches across the UK. The company has gone from strength to strength with recent investment and systems developments.The Company is now seeking an Admin Team Leader to assist the Compliance Manager in supporting and encourage our Central Compliance Team based in the historic and vibrant gem of Birmingham, the Jewellery Quarter. If you have an eye for detail, are organisedwith a proven track record of going above and beyond, this could be the role for you!As an Office/Admin Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, checking and signing off candidate files presented by our branch network, in line with government and NHS standards.
  • Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Ensuring high levels of compliance to meet NHS framework standards are maintained and exceeded where possible.
  • Management of online forms to ensure they are high quality, easily accessible and provide the users with a positive impression of the businesses.
Training will be provided for the right candidate, all we ask is you have:
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Previous experience working within a busy admin environment;
  • Excellent organisational skills / ability to prioritise workload;
  • Good level of general education;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels both in person and over the telephone;
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with strong customer service skills; and
  • Prior experience in compliance (preferred) and / or audits
