Job Description

Office Coordinator position based in Birmingham. The role is full time with negotiable salary.Client DetailsMy client is a family run manufacturing organisation near Birmingham City Centre looking for an Office Coordinator full time.Description

  • To support in-house where required via the generation of daily sales invoicing, production of shipping/ despatch notes and associated documentation
  • Review customer purchase order requirements where applicable, in order to raise and expedite external third party parts supply as appropriate.
  • Work with Parts, Refurb & Stock Control to establish best price, delivery and quality of potential alternative third party supply chain in line with future customer requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers where required, to ensure timely receipt of payments are in line with SOAs
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required within the scope of the role.
Profile
  • Experience working as a Shipping Administrator or Office Coordinator.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good autonomous worker.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Can commute to Birmingham
