Job Description

Office Assistant, Project Management Consultancy based in Birmingham City Centre, salary FTE £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.Our company, which was established in 2002, has supported the design and construction of complex projects in the transportation, utilities, infrastructure, and vertical build sectors. Our innovative software solutions implemented by our diverse team of experiencedconsultants allow us to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.Do you like the idea of no two days being the same Are you looking for a new challenge but might not have thought about working in a project environmentWe are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, with an administrative background and a positive can-do attitude. The key area to the role is to provide comprehensive support to the Office Manager and the wider team.We offer the following benefits:

Main Duties include, but not an exhaustive list:
  • Invoicing clients monthly
  • Managing hotel and travel bookings for team
  • Creating timesheets for team members
  • Telephone and email queries
  • Supporting the Office Manager with their workload and delegated duties
  • Any other duties as requested by the business.
Desired qualifications, skills and experience:
  • A professional and flexible approach to the workload.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be a team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and using own initiative.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise and organise a workload of changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job details:
  • Full time role, 40hrs per week
  • Salary FTE £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Hybrid Working - ability to work from home with occasional meetings at the Birmingham office
  • Full training will be provided for any of our systems
