Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings& appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
What we need from you!
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
