As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care andeducation to children during their formative years.Key Requirements:* DBS on Update Service: Candidates must have a current and valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check registered on the Update Service, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the highest standards of child protection.* PFA Training: Possession of a valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) training certificate is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of the children under your care.* Safeguarding Training: An up-to-date safeguarding training certificate is required, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of child protection protocols and procedures.* References: Candidates should be able to provide references from the previous two years, demonstrating a consistent and reliable work history.* Previous Experience: Successful candidates should have practical experience working in an early years setting, showcasing a deep understanding of the developmental needs of young children.* Qualification in Childcare: A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood education and development.Key Responsibilities:* Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for childrens growth and development.* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity.* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.* Collaborate with parents and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.* Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and development.Qualities and Skills:* Passion for working with young children.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture.* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the nursery and children.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.If you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to the growth and development of young minds, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please apply directly or email me with your CV attached - Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
