Job Description

Ashfield Engage is looking for a Nurse Advisor to join our small but well-established team in the field of Multiple Sclerosis covering the across Midlands. The successful candidate will work within a highly skilled experienced team of nurses supporting patientswith Multiple Sclerosis referred from Key Hospital Centres via Clinical Homecare services.Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the delivery of a Patient Support Programme (PSP) for an Injectable therapy prescribed for Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Management of safe self-injection techniques and ongoing adherence through the provision of a robust clinical support and advisory service to patients, family, and Healthcare professionals
  • Programme delivery in line with service agreement though the utilisation of individually tailored home visits, telephone consultation and virtual interaction.
  • Provide support and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Professionals across key referring centres
To work within agreed KPIs and metrics for programme deliveryEssential Skills
  • Previous knowledge and experience of working with Multiple Sclerosis
  • Commercially aware.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills ideally with working with CRMs and Microsoft Applications
  • Enthusiasm, Self-motivation and embraces teamwork
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work autonomously and manage a caseload of patients across a wide territory
