This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career by joining one of the most well-respected consultancies in the UK where they can benefit from an excellent overall package, thorough training & progression support and the ability to workautonomously to grow and lead their own time.The role:* Developing relationships with potential clients and building upon pre-established relationships for future work * Consulting on safety risks/consequences/measures during proposal and design phase of new projects * Assessing risks at ageing sites and developing accident response plans in line with potential consequences * Supporting clients when evaluating ways of mitigating risks * Carrying out Probabilistic Safety assessments for nuclear plantsThe person* Experience working within or externally for Nuclear plants * Experience working as a H&S Consultant, Advisor, Manager, Auditor, Officer or similar within Nuclear industry * Experience carrying out Probabilistic Safety Assessments * Chartered membership of relevant professional body e.g CMIOSH * Educated to Degree level in STEM subject (desirable) * Additional experience covering other forms of Energy/Renewables e.g Hydrogen, Battery Storage (advantageous) * Full UK driving licenseThis vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
