Job Description

Role Introduction At Advanced, we are the leading software provider for the legal market, and due to our continued growth and the acquisition of the National Will Register- Certainty, we are looking for a success driven sales professional to join our legal sales team.Certainty is the Law Society of England and Wales trusted partner and provider of a National Will Register, and is chosen, endorsed and used by the public, legal professionals, law firms, PI insurers, Government agencies, charities and other associated sectorsand organisations to register and search for wills.The role is ideal for someone who is a current or a recent Business Development experienced professional, looking for a first step into exciting market of software field sales. What You Will Do Identify and maximise all sales opportunities, pitch services to new and existing clients and build a good working relationship with all key stakeholders.Other day to day tasks:

  • Marketing lead generation conversion to sales
  • Qualifying prospects, understanding the objectives of their projects.
  • Tailoring presentations and software demonstrations to deliver a comprehensive presentation of the solution offering.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and manage their accounts.
  • Responsible for forecasting accuracy.
  • Providing support and training where required.
What You Will Have
  • 2+ years of business development or direct sales experience
  • Understanding of lead generation
  • Strong will to exceed targets
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to effectively close deals
  • Knowledge of legal industry and sales CRM, such as Salesforce, is an advantage
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
