Target driven, you will lead and manage our ambitious membership growth and engagement strategy. Your team will deliver against competitive regional membership targets,using effective project plans. You will ensure the NFUs image and brand is communicated and represented effectively at our events across the Midlands.Network Manager Responsibilities:You will report to the Regional Director (East and West Midlands) and manage a team of 10 (who in turn manage over a 100 remote colleagues). Your team are the first point of contact for NFU members in your region and they are responsible for local lobbyingand campaigning, member events and achieving membership recruitment targets.Network Manager Requirements:As a leader you are driven by the success of your team. Your strengths are your ability to influence, inspire, motivate, and develop your people, whist prioritising day-to-day activity, against strategic and operational objectives. You will have extensive experienceideally supported with a relevant degree.You will be flexible and willing to travel within the Midlands region. The role can be done in a flexible way.
