Job Description

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACTWe have a exciting opportunity for a National Sales Support Managerto join our team based in Sheldon, Birmingham.

  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift times: 08:0017:00
  • No bank holiday working required

As a National Sales Support Manager, you will involved in the project and programme management, Supporting the SmartStock Solutions team, acting as a single point of contact for International Key Accounts and supporting the FM Sales Director.THE ROLE:
  • Qualify the scope of projects and develop project briefs, including the activity of setting timescales, planning key milestones, creating a communicate plan, co-ordinating execution, monitoring project implementation, applying corrective action where necessaryand reporting on performance of projects.
  • Planning and designing programmeswithin the wider FM Team, tomanage both dependencies and interfaces between projects and required outcomes by proactively monitoring their progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action and identifyingand eradicating risks.
  • Supporting the SmartStock Solutions team with internal (sales network) and external (Customers) stakeholders during the implementation of SmartStock Solutions and continuing to offer support for raising orders, providing weekly report updates for of theongoing progress, creating and sharing relevant documentation and ensuring step by step guidance on how best to develop opportunity.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for International Key Accounts, co-ordinating account updates, actions, activities and reporting across numerous countries.
  • Supporting FM Sales Director in strategic, tactical plans and activities including facilitating FM internal activities, budget forecasts, management calls and outbound proactive campaigns.
  • Provide full comprehensive sales support and reporting of MI data to the FM National Account Management Team ensuring they achieve budget and KPI targets relating to margin, sales, costs, aged debt and cash collection.
  • Ensure operations planning, processes, procedures and ways of working for the team, are focused on customer experience in order to measure achievement of strategic goals.
  • Creating FM specialist Toolkits, best practice templates and regular updates to support the achievement of the FM sales and CPM budget.
  • Effectively manage and maintain the FM Sales Playbook for each FM internally managed account
  • Manage the FM Sales Support Toolbox helping to educate Rexel branches by providing FM awareness guides, templates, best practice, marketing tools and information they need in order to own and maximise the generation of FM sales in their branch
THE PERSON:
  • A strong customer ethic, with respect to internal and external stakeholders
  • A demonstratable sales and account management experience
  • Good knowledge of operational management for sales systems, processes and procedures
  • Ability to present to and communicate with all different levels clearly and concisely
  • Project manage within budget constraints, a number of projects at any one time
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to understand complex issues and create clear actionable solutions
